Canadian bacon: this comes from the back section of the pig and is smaller and has a similar flavor to ham. We love using this for breakfast sandwiches.
Bacon ends: an overlooked cut, these are amazing on the smoker and will bring delicious flavor to chili and soups.
Our pigs are grown right here on our family farm, and are harvest at a USDA inspected facility. They eat the highest quality grain and spend most of their days lying around in straw bedding.
