Our Beef Box offers a selection of premium cuts of beef, providing a variety of options, catering to any culinary preferences. Whether you are grilling, slow-cooking, or sautéing, our Beef Box has everything you need for a delicious meal with family and friends. Perfect for a family or simply to fill your freezer so you can plan ahead and not have to think about what’s for dinner. With all this delicious beef at your disposal, you’ll be able to prepare a fantastic variety of meals, providing you with the opportunity to create 8-10 hearty meals that everyone will love.
We raise our beef right on the farm and they are harvested at a local USDA processing facility. They are fed a mostly grass diet, depending on our growing season and what is available they sometimes have some corn silage mixed into their rations. We work closely with a nutritionist that gives us recommendations to make sure our beef animals are getting highest quality feed possible.
This box will include:
1 Roast: your choice of a boneless chuck roast or a sirloin tip roast.
Sirloin tip roasts are perfect for oven roasting.
Boneless Chuck roasts are ideal for crock pots or any slow-cooking method.
4 Sirloin Steaks
2 1lb. packages of stew meat
5 1lb. packages of ground beef
